It is a coastal village and town in Goa.Its a rather a very calm place and it lies in between a lot of beaches,so travelling would be easy.I would highly recommend this place for stay!.Its know for its electronic trance music parties and a flea market that opens every wednesday for handicrafts, textiles, and other confectionaries.Hotel prices are pretty decent compared to Baga beach. This beach is preferred over other beaches by foreigners due to its its amazing views and cleanliness. The shacks sell delicious food, but the main attraction is the fresh sea food thats expensive but worth spending. Hand, leg and body massages by the locals are done in the beach although its illegal. They charge about 200 rs for a 15 min massage. The beach boasts of fun water rides similar to the one found in Baga beach.A highly recommended place.

Recommendation and important information:
a)I would highly recommend the Paradise Guest House for Indians and Foreigners to stay because of its pricing and location.Their charges are nominal and the rooms are maintained properly. The guest house is located in Anjuna and is nestled in between other towns.
b)Renting of bikes is recommended, As cost of each bike would cost around 250 to 500 Rs per day,and cars would cost upwards of 500Rs.
